We dive into the personal side of ADHD, anxiety, overwhelm, and the everyday chaos of home life. From family routines to relationships and self-care, you'll receive practical tips and encouraging stories to help you manage the hard stuff and celebrate your strengths.
The interview will be a relaxed, conversational style. We'll typically have a brief pre-interview chat to discuss potential talking points and ensure a good fit. The actual recording will be an engaging conversation where you can share your insights freely.
