Welcome to A Box of ADHD!
I'm your host, Kendra Jeffers, an LCPC with over 17 years of experience helping professionals like you find balance and joy.
As someone who has navigated a demanding career and my own
ADHD, I deeply understand your unique challenges.
I created this podcast to foster open conversations about ADHD in the professional world. Many struggle silently with anxiety and overwhelm.
My mission is to unpack the complexities of ADHD, offering understanding and empowerment. We'll feature inspiring personalities living with ADHD, sharing their stories and coping strategies to help you thrive.
I'd love to hear your story. Let's connect and create a life that truly nourishes you.

We are looking for professionals and individuals who have a diagnosed or self-identified experience with ADHD. We value diverse backgrounds, career paths, and perspectives. Most importantly, we're interested in your personal journey with ADHD, the challenges you've faced, and the strategies you've found to cope and thrive.
We want to hear authentic stories of living with ADHD – the ups, the downs, the "aha!" moments, and the daily realities. This could include:
Your journey to diagnosis (early or late). Specific challenges you've faced in your professional or personal life due to ADHD.
Creative or unique coping mechanisms that have worked for you.
How ADHD has impacted your career, relationships, or overall well-being. Ways you've embraced your ADHD strengths.
Our discussions revolve around anxiety, overwhelm, and ADD/ADHD in the context of professional and personal life. We explore practical tools, holistic well-being, and strategies for managing ADHD symptoms and leveraging strengths.
The interview will be a relaxed, conversational style. We'll typically have a brief pre-interview chat to discuss potential talking points and ensure a good fit. The actual recording will be an engaging conversation where you can share your insights freely.
What are the technical requirements for guests?
To ensure high-quality audio, we recommend:
A quiet space with minimal background noise (a closet can be surprisingly effective!).
A good quality microphone (a dedicated USB microphone is preferred over a laptop's built-in mic, but a smartphone can work in a pinch).
A stable internet connection. Headphones or earbuds to prevent echo.
If you believe your story aligns with the mission of "A Box of ADHD," please reach out to us!
You can typically find a guest inquiry form or contact email on our dedicated "Guest" or "Contact Us" page [Link to your actual Guest/Contact page here].
Please include a brief overview of your story, what you'd like to discuss, and any relevant experience or insights you can offer.
We look forward to hearing from you!
